Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi or Ono
Fillet of Mahi Mahi or Ono 4 oz each
Roasted and Sea Salt Macadamia Nuts (or your favorite flavor)
Salt, Pepper
Olive Oil
Instructions: This is really better cooked in the oven, not the grill
Crush Macadamia nuts in plastic bag or foil
Pat fish dry with paper towel, Drizzle with a scant amount of olive oil. Salt and Pepper
Cover fish with Macadamia nuts and repeat oil oil drizzle. Do not drizzle too much or the fish will become oily
Place in 380 degree oven and cook for about 20 minute or until fish is firm and flakes. Do not let it dry out.
Serve with salad, rice and fresh bread
